Descriptions:

  • To offer exceptional in-flight cabin services to ensure overall onboard safety and security Carry-out pre-flight preparation and post-flight duties
  • Maintain effective communication with VIP passengers, crew members and other service providers
  • Willing to work away from home base for a long period of time
  • Previous experience as Flight Attendant in Corporate Aviation or minimum 5 years of relevant experience at commercial airlines (including Business Class or First Class)

2. Operations Team

 

a. Assistant Operations Executive 

Descriptions:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial, assistant and administrative support to Senior Operation Executive
  • To assist in day-to-day management of office environment and resources to ensure health & safety and high level of support for effective and efficient operations
  • Handling inter-company order, sample arrangement and ad hoc activities
  • To maintains and update an accurate record of company
  • Prepare monthly reports – market analysis, sales & GP etc
  • To invite, review, edit and post the promotion / news updated for all business units in Sims under monthly basis / ad hoc task
  • Handling Administration tasks & problem solving with Admin of company operations
  • Arrange project meeting, user training & user-guide preparation
  • Handle the renewal of corporate license / certificate. And also to keep track the update Gov’t regulation to debrief management and operation team on progress and situation.
  • To participate in governmental / trade association / various organization seminars to reflect the company view and debrief management and operation team on progress and situation
